What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a map of self-awareness and can support you to understand at your core why you do, act and feel the way you do in relation to yourself, others and the world. It is based on nine archetypal core styles that look at motivations, fears and defences that contribute to your personality.

Unlike other personality assessments the enneagram explains the motivation behind the behaviour and supports the understanding of the why behind the what.

⁍ why you do what you do

⁍ why you feel what feel and

⁍ why you think what you think

Your enneagram type describes the lens in which you see the world, what you pay attention to and what stands out. It shows us the patterns that we may have become unaware or unconscious of over time.

“Rather than putting us in a box, the Enneagram shows us how small or limited we have made our own box - and invites us to be our free, authentic self.” - Integrative Enneagram Solutions
